Busuyi Nelson Ogundowo known as LEON is a Nigerian from ondo state, born to the family of Mr & Mrs Ogundowo with six children and he is the last born of the family. Leon is a multi talented artist that raps in Yoruba & English. He has been rapping since he was sixteen years and his dream is to entertain people and also brings that new sound to African music.
Leon grew up in the rough streets of Lagos before he traveled to the United State of America where he met his producer popularly known as RAMi da beat MONSTER who also has the same spirit & dream of making quality music.
Leon concluded that in his coming album people should expect a new change in hip hop because he is already working with a couple of artist both in Nigeria and in the US. He just dropped 2 singles titled EKO which he called the Lagos anthem and THE NITE a club banging hit jamz. He said his inspiration is from God & he loves listening to good music.
