Galloping rapper Psy has agreed a management
deal with the man responsible for unleashing Justin on the world - music mogul
Scooter Braun. Scooter pounced on the chubby
Korean chart-topper when he visited New York last week to appear on comedy show
Saturday Night Live.
Psy - whose real name is Park Jae-sang - was
spotted partying with Scooter and R&B star Usher at Manhattan hotspot
Circle on Friday night. And sources say
they sealed the deal shortly afterwards.
Psy's hit shot to the top of the charts in
his homeland and became an instant hit on Youtube, thanks to the hilarious
video that features the 34-year-old frolicking with bikini-clad beauties while
dancing like he's riding a horse.
The video has attracted more than 220million
hits on YouTube, helping him land a record deal in America. And he's picked up some influential fans too.
Psy was invited to teach Britney Spears how
to dance Gangnam Style on Ellen Degeneres' talk show, after the pop princess
confessed she was a fan on Twitter.
Even Simon Cowell, a fellow guest on Ellen, was impressed. When asked his opinion on the Korean sensation, the X-Factor judge
was forced to admit: "He's brilliant."
